Our accounting services in Paris

Myne works across five families of engagements: keeping and checking the accounts, payroll, company law, the legal engagements entrusted to a statutory auditor, and one-off assignments ordered at a specific moment. Meetings, emails and explanations can all happen in English with Elie Dichi, partner at the firm.

Each tab below lists the engagements in its family and what they cover. The detailed pages are in French. All of them are handled from our chartered accounting firm in Paris 17, for companies based in the Paris region and beyond.

The core engagement: accurate accounts, on time, that you can read and use to make decisions.

Outsourced bookkeepingWhen the bookkeeping moves to the firm: what stays with you, and why.
Approval of the annual accountsShareholders’ meeting, allocation of profit and filing with the commercial court, on the legal timetable.
Consolidated accountsScope of the group, harmonised methods and intra-group eliminations.
Advice for company directorsPreparing a decision: costed scenarios, written assumptions, effect on cash.
Part-time finance directorBudget, reporting, cash and decision support, a few days a month.

Outsourced payroll and HR supportPayslips, social security filings, new hires and departures, collective agreements.

The decisions that bind a company for several years are taken before registration, then at every change. Four step-by-step guides (in French): SASU, EURL, SAS, SARL.

Company formationLegal form, tax regime, director’s status and contributions, then the registration file.
Financial forecast and business planThree-year income statement, financing plan and monthly cash flow, reviewed or built with you.
Amending the articles of associationPurpose, name, registered office, capital or director: decision, legal notice, filing.
Dissolution and liquidationVoluntary dissolution: legal timetable, liquidation accounts, closure and deregistration.
These engagements are carried out by a statutory auditor.

Statutory auditor in ParisWhen an appointment becomes compulsory, what the mandate covers and how it runs.
Statutory audit and certification of the accountsRisk-based approach, timetable, documents to prepare and reporting of findings.
Contractual auditOne specific question: reliability of information, acquisition, financing, processes.
Contribution in kind auditorValuation of contributions in kind, at formation or during a capital increase.
Merger auditorExchange ratio and fairness between the companies involved.
Conversion auditorConverting an SARL into an SAS or another change of legal form: report on the value of the assets and on special benefits.

Statutory audit and bookkeeping cannot be combined for the same company: the auditor’s independence rules it out. Myne practises both, never for the same entity.

Assignments ordered at a specific moment, each with its own engagement letter.

Business valuationMethods used, adjustments made and a reasoned range rather than a single figure.
Tax compliance review (ECF)Ten points checked, report sent to the tax administration, penalties neutralised.
Young innovative company (JEI)Eligibility year by year, advance ruling and follow-up of the payroll exemption.
Accountant’s certificateTurnover, income, absence of pay: what can be certified.

How the scope of an engagement is decided

An engagement is defined by three things: what the firm produces, what stays with you, and the deadline. All three are written into the engagement letter before any work starts. A set-up that works also needs a clear channel for questions and a regular rhythm for sending documents; without them, the timetable slips from the second month.

Several engagements are often combined on the same file: bookkeeping and payroll, company formation followed by day-to-day accounting, a valuation followed by a contribution in kind audit. Others are mutually exclusive, and that is a rule, not a preference: statutory audit cannot be combined with accounting work for the same company.

What makes the fees vary

The volume of transactions, the number of bank accounts and payment channels, the number of employees on the payroll, the VAT regimes that apply, any backlog to catch up and the number of entities to follow. Working in English does not change the price.

Monthly fees start at €150 excl. VAT for a micro-entrepreneur or an independent professional, €200 for a SASU or EURL with no employees, €250 for an SARL or SAS with 1 to 5 employees (plus payroll at €30 per payslip) and €100 for a property company (SCI). The annual accounts, the corporate tax return and VAT returns are included. One-off statutory engagements also have starting prices: contribution in kind auditor from €1,000, conversion auditor from €600, merger auditor from €3,000, business valuation from €1,000, consolidated accounts from €4,000 and dissolution from €1,200, all excl. VAT. Our pricing page (in French) gives the full grid.
